Home PC Repair

Hourly billed service at the rate of $60.00 per hour.
some common services such as standard clean up, virus scan and spyware removal are billed flat rate of $180.00 (Usually takes 2 - 5 hours) to save the customer money.
Remote support is the most common when diagnosing and fixing most problems.
Onsite service or pickup is an option for certain issues.
Computer Drop off is available for most hardware repair.

Small Business PC Maintenance Services Contract

On-site small business computer and system maintenance services include**

Computer preventative maintenance such as defrag, clear temporary files, etc.
Installation of operating system patches and updates
Ensure operating system and file integrity
Applying upgrades for other installed software and applications
Verify antivirus definitions and run system checks for viruses and spyware
Software installation, removal, and upgrading
Installation of new computer hardware and hardware upgrades
Setting up new office users, printers, internet connections, and file sharing
Network cable installation services for new installations or office moves
Small office Peer to Peer network support
Network administration (server-based networks)
Inspect Hubs and Switches for proper operation
Evaluate network, desktop and internet connectivity performance
Monitor systems for unauthorized or security compromising software
System and computer case cleaning (as required)
Recommend new software that may be helpful to your business
And other general computer support services and network consulting

Business Maintenance per workstation.
On Site scheduled Monthly Service Visit $125.00 per month per PC
Remote scheduled Monthly Service $100.00 per month per PC
Next business day service calls response and email tech support.

On call support with a contract will be billed at $80.00 per hour (half the non- contractual rate)

* Service time does not include travel time

** Maintenance contracts do not include the cost of any parts, cabling, new software, etc. These items will be billed separately from the monthly / weekly computer or network maintenance contract. We offer replacement parts from mice to entire networks and everything in between.
